4.1 What You’re Purchasing
When you purchase a course, eBook, or any digital product on AWE Academy, you are purchasing a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use that content for your own personal, non-commercial learning purposes.
4.2 Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your purchased content as follows:
- Online Courses: Access is granted through your registered account. You may access course content at any time, at your own pace, for the duration specified in the course listing.
- eBooks and Digital Downloads: Access or download links will be provided to the email address associated with your account upon confirmed payment.
4.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer your access or login credentials to any other person.
- Copy, duplicate, reproduce, or republish any course material, eBook content, videos, worksheets, or any other content from the Platform.
- Upload or transmit any of our course materials to any third-party platform, file-sharing service, or social media channel.
- Use our content for commercial purposes, training others for hire, or creating derivative products without our express written consent.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination of your account and access, without refund, and may expose you to legal action.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Prices
All prices displayed on the Platform are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at the time you complete your transaction.
5.2 Payment
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. By making a purchase, you authorise AWE Academy to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.
You are responsible for any applicable transaction fees, bank charges, or currency conversion costs imposed by your bank or payment provider.

6. Refund Policy
6.1 Digital Products and eBooks
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
6.2 Online Courses
We want you to be satisfied with your learning experience. Refund requests for online courses will be considered under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- You have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
- The request is submitted in writing to support@aweacademy.net with your order details and reason for the request.
AWE Academy reserves the right to approve or decline refund requests at its discretion. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
6.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made after the 7-day window has elapsed.
- You have completed more than 20% of the course.
- The request is based solely on a change of mind after accessing the material.
- Your account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
All content available on the AWE Academy Platform — including but not limited to course videos, lesson materials, worksheets, eBooks, graphics, logos, text, audio recordings, and the AWE Academy brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of AWE Academy and its instructors, protected under applicable Nigerian and international copyright law.
7.2 Your Licence
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the content for your own private learning only. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
7.3 Your Content
If you submit any content to the Platform (such as assignment responses, forum posts, or reviews), you grant AWE Academy a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Platform.
7.4 Reporting Infringement

8. User Conduct
